Privacy information
Clino uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits from Meta ads and understand ad performance. When tracking is allowed, the Pixel sends a PageView event when a page opens, a Contact event when a visitor activates a phone link, and a Lead event after Clino successfully receives a booking request. Clino’s own dashboard also records site activity and approximate IP location. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Meta tracking library is not loaded and Clino analytics makes no requests or writes for that visit.
Information sent to Meta
The Pixel may send the page visited, referring page, browser and device details, and ad interaction identifiers to Meta. Meta may also receive network information such as an IP address when your browser connects to its service. Clino may send broad service and page categories with Contact and Lead events. It does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking details, or free-text form contents through the Pixel. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment, so the site does not send Schedule.
Cleaning quote requests
When you submit a cleaning request, Clino stores the name, email address, phone number if provided, city or ZIP code, requested service, preferred date and time, and any message you include in Firebase Firestore so the team can review the request and follow up. These details are not sent to Meta through the Pixel. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment; Clino confirms availability and next steps with you.
Clino dashboard activity metrics
For visitors whose browser does not send GPC, Clino makes one request per browser tab and UTC day to IPWho.is to estimate the public IP address, city, region and country. That request sends your IP address to IPWho.is, an independent provider. IP-based locations can be inaccurate and do not reveal an exact street address. Clino stores the returned IP, city, region and country with a temporary random browser-tab ID in Firebase Firestore, alongside page names, button labels/categories, device and traffic-source categories, and visible time. Clino does not use these records to determine a person’s legal identity and does not store full URLs, form contents, or a full browser fingerprint.
These Firestore analytics records are publicly readable, and the site writes analytics directly from each visitor’s browser without Firebase Authentication or a server function; the dashboard’s 1199 code is only a convenience screen. Do not submit names, emails, booking information or other private details through analytics. Records remain until manually removed. GPC-enabled browsers are not included in Clino analytics or IP geolocation. The timezone is only a broad browser setting, separate from the IP-based location estimate.
For details about Meta’s own processing, read the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage advertising and personalization preferences through your Meta account and browser settings.
Clino does not show a consent pop-up. You can use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal to prevent Meta tracking and Clino’s first-party analytics/IP lookup requests on this site. For more information about IPWho.is processing, read its privacy policy.
